What are we offering?

We are currently seeking applicants for the primary role of Landscape Laborer, to be a member of our landscape maintenance team. Position is available as part time with flexible scheduling. You may have the potential of advancement within the company to positions such as Shift Lead, Crew Lead, Specialist, and Foreman.

We are also offering the option to apply to an innovative and unique “Dual Role” position.  You may apply to either a single role or a dual role position. The dual role approach to employment combines traditional landscaping labor with business tasks such as marketing, accounting, or content creation. This means you can gain experience in a chosen profession while also learning trade skills and entrepreneurship. This dual role allows you to work part of the time in the field and part of the time as a business support team member. The main benefit to a dual role arrangement is the job title and project portfolios you can choose to put on future resumes.

These positions are perfect for:

  • BYU and UVU students; community college, and university students
  • Gig workers and self-employed
  • Displaced corporate, retail, hospitality, and trades workers.
  • Parents and care-givers
  • Anyone seeking an opportunity to practice new job skills or build a new career while needing a flexible schedule
